Laura E. Grube

Laura E. Grube is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Beloit College. She earned her PhD in economics from George Mason University. Her research focuses on post-disaster economic development and the systems of self-governance that enable individuals and communities to overcome collective action problems during mundane times and following disaster.
